Our digital asset computing portfolio spans multiple states and countries. We manage large, grid-connected deployments to reduce energy waste and inefficiencies, as well as smaller, decentralized deployments to transform idle or wasted energy resources into more efficient and sustainable assets. MARA has extensive experience optimizing energy use worldwide.
Our data center is located behind the meter on a wind farm in McCamey, Texas, known as the "Wind Capital of Texas." During peak periods, when wind turbines produce more electricity than they can use, store, or transmit, our data center draws on the excess power. Our data center also maintains a connection to the grid for flexibility, allowing us to sell excess power back to the grid.
